All but the most negative and unappreciative of men love a woman who knows how to have a witty, intelligent conversation. You should not attempt to be his feminine carbon-copy, nor should he ever expect you to be. While never going to too far as to distance yourself from him, you want to show him that you are perfectly capable of independence-yet would rather continue to mostly independent, yet dependent only on his unwavering love and tender care.

Jealousy is a Beast Usually Left Well-Enough Alone!

Of course you will call out words and actions of his that are more-or-less, obviously suspicious. That is to be reserved for the most obvious of situations, though, and used very skillfully. A strong, mutual trust in your relationship is obviously extremely fundamental. Establish trust, and do not concern yourself with spying on or "checking-up" on him. Even there are in infidelities in your relationship, they will show their ugly face in good time. I realize the urge to question some of his activities sometimes may be overwhelming (been there, done that; so, if you must call him-out, be very tactful and very respectful about it.

Sex

This one speaks for itself practically. You are well-aware that a man requires intimate moments including sex as well. This is a natural, instinctual need among men, and usually women, that has been around forever. You want to him to know that you want to just cuddle-up really tight sometimes in his arms. Other times, you want to have hot sex-and everything in-between those two things. Be careful, though, as to NOT develop too much of a "routine" when it comes to romance and sex. Change is great, and will keep you and him very interested in each other.

Babe, Please-Breathing Room

One of the top reasons guys lose interest in and ultimately leave women for is the smothering factor. Just as you need your space-with your friends, and your quiet time and so forth-so does he. The key word is always, always, always moderation. Granted, everyone is different-fact of life. However, make it a point to talk about new things that wants to and new activities he wants to, sometimes. As related to earlier talking points, make sure he knows you are not there solely for his entertainment. He will also go-to chick flicks (if that is your thing), cook, and just cuddle on occasion-just as you wish. He is is not a total pushover, and neither are you. Give and take babe, it is give and take.

This one is totally up to you, but if you are looking for more of a long-term man, then you can feel free to give him (without his explicit knowledge, of course) an occasional "quiz" to determine if he wants to be in this relationship for the long-haul. Naturally, do not "fail" him on it because of the smaller things; however, you will be far more enlightened about the prospects of his longevity in this relationship, and thus adjust your "Trying-to-keep-him" factor accordingly.
