Legs R Us - How to Get Nice Hot Beautiful Legs - Warning, Don't Make This 1 Mistake

I figure if Toys R Us and Kids R Us can have the "R Us" in their name, this article can too. This article is point blank about getting nice, hot, beautiful legs for women.

However, I need to point out 1 mistake I see all the time from women trying to get nice legs which wastes a lot of their time and actually ruins any chance of getting great legs.

Rule #1: Don't ever do long distance jogging, EVER!

No doubt, long distance jogging will thin your legs... but there's an expense in doing so. That expense... you'll lose muscle mass on your legs. Long distance running is very catabolic (breaks down and eats muscle).

If you're trying to lose weight, that is a huge no-no. Why? Because each pound of muscle burns off 30-50 more calories a day than a pound of fat... while you do nothing. In other words, muscle speeds up your metabolism. So losing muscle will no doubt slow down your metabolism.

Rule #2: Squat, squat, and squat some more

For nice beautiful legs, you need to squat. Squats bring out all the muscles and their shapes... basically, they give you beautiful, shapely legs that are nice to look at... as opposed to skinny shapeless legs that aren't sexy. 5 sets of 10 reps twice a week is ideal.

Rule #3: Do deadlifts

You know that area right where your legs meet your butt, yeah that sagging area.

Well, deadlifts work that area pretty much better than any other exercise to firm up and lift your butt... while flowing your legs right into your butt. This not only makes your butt look sexy, but it makes for great legs. Again, do 5 sets of 10 repetitions twice a week.
